- You can cancel your order any time before it ships and receive a full refund.
- After shipping, we do not accept exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. There are no refunds after shipping.
- Proof of purchase is required to claim warranty. If you purchased from a retail location or other online outlet, a receipt showing the date purchased is needed.
- If a part is missing on arrival, the claim must be made within 7 days from the shipping confirmation or proof of purchase from a retail location.
- PenSimple comes with a 1-year limited warranty. If there is any defect within the first year of ownership, a replacement unit will be sent out on receipt of shipping out the defective unit.
What is covered?
This warranty protects against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with the published guidelines for PenSimple, included with the product.
What is not covered?
JAEB Designs is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to PenSimple’s product use.
This warranty does not apply:
(a) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;
(b) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact, earthquake or other external cause;
(c) to damage cause by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of JAEB Designs;
(d) to a PenSimple that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of JAEB Designs;
(e) to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to normal aging of PenSimple that do not hinder the grind, store or dispense functionality of the product.
My PenSimple is not working!
If you believe your unit did not work upon arrival or it is still within it's first year of ownership, please fill out the PenSimple Warranty Form.
We will follow-up within 24 hours of the request being filled out.
VAT, customs, brokerage fees and duties are not included in the shipping rate. Any additional costs are the customer's responsibility.
Cleaning prior to exchange
If an exchange is required, your PenSimple must be thoroughly cleaned and clear of any foreign substance.
